My speciality is facilitating learning and       insights for others. I do this by:

• Teaching the skills and theory of qualitative market research and workshop facilitation

• Using those skills myself to generate insights for clients

• Designing and running workshops for organisations to produce opportunities for reflection, creativity and team building

• Coaching for skills and personal insights

I design training and workshops to be interactive and creative. I have a number of popular courses that can be adapted to fit your needs, or we can start from the beginning and fit your needs exactly.

I also run a training support website at www.qualitativemind.com. Here you will find short seminars I can adapt for you and deliver over the web, a newly created page on 7 forms of qualitative research online, and a training course diary.

I am an Accredited Trainer for the Market Research Society Advanced Certificate, a nationally recognised qualification.
