Joanna Chrzanowska

Having completed a degree in Psychology in the early '70's, Joanna joined Children's Studies, then part of the Schlackman group. Bill Schlackman brought 'motivational research' to the UK and Schlackmans was an unofficial training ground for many researchers at the time.

She has been working as Genesis Research/Consulting since 1978 and has developed long term client relationships with companies in the music business, fmgc and healthcare companies, as well as working on several government contracts. Recently, she has worked closely on a long term training/research project with Imperial College School of Medicine.

Joanna has experience of a wide range of qualitative methodologies, including depth interviews, focus groups/group discussions and consumer/client workshops.

Joanna has run training for the Association of Qualitative Researchers, the Market Research Society, open courses with Mike Imms and for other research and client companies for the last 15 years. She is an MRS in-house trainer and a guest tutor at Kingston University Business School. She designs and runs workshops and coaches senior staff.

Joanna has trained as a counsellor, an NLP practitioner and as an organisational developer. She is a member of:
